Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped, or 2 tsp dried oregano.
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and black peppercorn to taste
- Combine ingredients in a glass jar. Shake well before serving.
