Pumpkin Turkey Chili

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion, cook until tender. Add the bell pepper, garlic and cumin. Cook until tender.
  2. Add the turkey and cook until browned, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the beans, tomatoes, pumpkin pureé, broth, and remaining spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
