  1. Preheat oven to 400F/205C. Grease a large baking dish. The dish should be large enough for the batter to spread thin.
  2. Put the dish in the oven to preheat without allowing the oil to smoke.
  3. In a large bowl whisk 2 of the eggs.
  4. While mixing well, add salt, milk then flour.
  5. Pour two-thirds of batter into hot dish.
  6. Mix water and remaining egg into remaining batter.
  7. Pour remaining batter into dish. Evenly pour feta on top.
  8. Drop butter evenly across the top
  9. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  10. Can be served hot or cold, as a side dish or drizzled with honey.
