Spiced Chai

  1. Bring water to a simmer and add all the spices. Brew for 10 minutes.
  2. Add tea and continue brewing for another 3-5 minutes, making sure to not allow tea to over-brew and turn bitter.
  3. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in milk then pour the liquid through a mesh strainer into a serving vessel.
