Chickpea Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Mix chickpeas, eggs and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth. Add sugar, baking powder, and mix until integrated.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased cake pan and sprinkle in remaining chocolate. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
