Bourbon Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Add sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda to a mixing bowl.
  2. In a bowl or saucepan, melt and stir coconut oil and chocolate together.
  3. Add chocolate mix, eggs, bourbon, and vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix until batter becomes thick.
  4. Pour into a well-greased baking dish and bake for 33 minutes.
