Bourbon Brownies
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 5 oz dark chocolate
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 Tbsp bourbon
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Add sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda to a mixing bowl.
- In a bowl or saucepan, melt and stir coconut oil and chocolate together.
- Add chocolate mix, eggs, bourbon, and vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix until batter becomes thick.
- Pour into a well-greased baking dish and bake for 33 minutes.
